Esade Alumni is pleased to invite you to this Refresher Program session entitled “How Are Companies Adopting AI?” by Esteve Almirall (PhD 10), full professor at the department of Data, Analytics, Technology and Artificial Intelligence (DATA) at Esade.

How companies can adopt AI effectively and capture real value from it is one of the biggest questions organisations face today. Should they follow a bottom-up approach, empowering employees across the company to experiment with and build on AI? Are user innovation teams a better option? Are AI agents changing operations and organisational design? And are companies really obtaining the benefits they expected from AI adoption?
