The Esade Alumni Operations Club and the Tech & Industry Esade MBA Club, invites you to this online session titled “AI for Operations Leaders: From Tools to Real Automation”.

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming how organizations manage and scale their operations. In this session, we will explore how AI can help operations leaders reduce operational friction, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock organizational capacity.

During the session will provide a high-level overview of the most relevant AI tools and trends shaping operational management today. This will be followed by a practical demonstration showing how workflow automation and AI can be used to automate common operational tasks using a readily available tool.

The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A to, offer participants practical insights on how to start applying AI within their own operational environments.

Rishabh Aggarwal (current MBA student), Board Member of the Tech & Industry Esade MBA Club. Rishabh brings five years of analytics experience across the logistics and healthtech industries, where he partnered with operations, product, and growth teams to build data-driven solutions, automate reporting, and improve business performance.
