We are delighted to confirm Francisco Loscos as the keynote speaker for this edition.
With a distinguished career in leadership, talent and organizational change, he will guide participants through an inspiring session on Futures Foresight and Transformational Leadership. Drawing on his extensive academic and consulting experience, he will explore how leaders can anticipate emerging trends, interpret uncertainty and activate transformative strategies to build more adaptive, future‑ready organizations.
The program will then continue with contributions from four additional voices offering diverse perspectives from the fields of finance, media, mobility, and healthcare. Participants will hear from Maurici Lladó, Laura Tapias, José Carlos de Mier and Adriana González, each addressing key challenges and emerging trends shaping their respective industries.
Together, the speakers will provide a broad and forward‑looking view of how different sectors are responding to change and what this means for the leaders of tomorrow.
