The Esade Alumni Geneva Chapter is excited to invite you to its first-ever chocolate experience with Procope Bean to Bar on February 20th. This special event is designed to foster networking opportunities within the Esade Alumni community in Geneva.
Procope Bean to Bar, a family-owned chocolate maker with seven generations of tradition and part of the renowned Maison Desplanches, will host a delightful and interactive workshop, where participants can explore the art of chocolate-making. Maison Desplanches is celebrated throughout Geneva for its iconic cafés and restaurants, adding even more charm to this unique experience.
During this engaging one-hour session, you will:
- Craft your own personalized chocolate bar, tailored to your unique tastes and inspirations.
- Uncover the secrets of the Bean to Bar process, learning how cacao beans are transformed into exquisite chocolate.
- Indulge in a tasting of Procope's exceptional chocolates, made with passion and a deep sense of tradition.
