The Esade Alumni Geneva & Lausanne Chapters are glad to invite you to an interactive event to discuss and learn together about how A.I. might impact us as human beings, at work and in life.
We want to welcome to an interactive session to explore how A.I. affects us as human beings, and how we can adapt how we lead and manage the changes and transformations associated with A.I. adoption.
How do we face and lead change in an A.I.-inhabited world?
This session will offer insights into a unique approach to change and organizational transformation, differing from conventional leadership and management theories. The session is inspired by psychology and systems dynamics within organizations.
We will delve into our emotional relationship with A.I., its early adoption, and its integration in both our professional and personal lives. Be prepared to explore and perhaps expand your leadership toolkit with concepts such as the collective unconscious, social defenses, or the "organization in the mind."
The session will be facilitated by Victor Svensson, CEO and Founder of The Hybrid Experience, Organizational Change Consultant & Coach.
Ursi Van der Herten, our esteemed Associate Admissions Director for Switzerland, will be present to personally welcome all of you.
